The mission of The Black Athlete is to forge partnerships with brands that share a commitment to uplifting youth athletes. TBA aims to nurture and develop young athletes into confident and successful adults through comprehensive support. By aligning with TBA's initiatives, brands demonstrate their dedication to the progress and prosperity of black athletes and their communities. TBA seeks to collaborate with high school and college programs to dismantle harmful stereotypes, promoting racial equality and social justice for black athletes.

TBA aspires to empower black athletes holistically, integrating physical fitness, educational advancement, and psychological growth. The goal is to foster an environment where black athletes can thrive in all aspects of life, ultimately transforming societal perceptions and achieving true equality. TBA believes that together, real change is possible, and advocates for an end to racial bias and injustice, championing the powerful message of "Be The Change."
